摘要
本文以开发满足中国当代在校大学生需要和愿望的全新独立概念产品为例,阐述了以用户为中心的iNPD整合新产品开发方法的四个阶段。通过全面审视SET(社会-经济-技术)因素,产生大量产品机会缺口,结合调查问卷、头脑风暴、KJ法、机会权衡矩阵等方法将机会转化成产品概念,最终构建产品概念模型,将概念实施转化成产品。
This paper takes the development of new independent conceptual products to meet the needs and aspirations of contemporary college students in China as an example,and expounds the four stages of user-centered iNPD integration of new product development methods.Through a comprehensive review of SET(social-economic-technological)factors,a large number of product opportunity gaps are generated.Combining questionnaires,brainstorming,KJ method,opportunity trade-off matrix and other methods,opportunities are transformed into product concepts.Finally,product concept model is constructed and concept implementation is transformed into products.
