分层教学的有效开展能够有效引导学生循序渐进、由浅入深的进步和发展。在教学实践中,老师应该结合学生的现状和实际基础对数学教学进行分层,找寻适当的教学形式,促进学生的均衡发展。
the effective development of stratified teaching can effectively guide students to progress step by step,from shallow to deep progress and development.In teaching practice,teachers should combine the present situation and practical basis of students to stratify mathematics teaching,find appropriate teaching forms,and promote the balanced development of students.
