互联网时代中职院校班级管理及思想教育应对策略

Class Management and Ideological Education Strategies in Vocational Schools in the Internet Era

基于互联网时代下传统的班级管理模式,难以满足学生的多元化发展需求,网络技术的快速发展给高职院校班主任班级管理工作增添了难度,但是也同样带来了发展机遇。所以中职院校班主任必须创新管理理念,积极有效的应用现代化信息技术,进行思想教育与班级管理,才能够促使中职院校学生身心健康发展。本文基于此背景下简要分析互联网时代下中职院校班级管理及思想教育应对策略,希冀切实提高学生的综合素养。

Based on the traditional class management mode under the Internet era,it is difficult to meet the diversified development needs of students.The rapid development of network technology has added difficulty to the class management of class teachers in higher vocational colleges,but it also brings development opportunities.Therefore,the head teacher of the secondary vocational school must innovate the management concept,actively and effectively apply modern information technology,carry out ideological education and class management,and then promote the healthy development of the physical and mental health of the secondary vocational college students.Based on this background,this paper briefly analyzes the class management and ideological education coping strategies of secondary vocational schools in the Internet era,and hopes to improve students'comprehensive quality.
