近几年来,国家加大了对中专等职业技术学院的重视力度,中专职业技术学院得到快速的发展。然而,部分中专职业技术学院着重培养学生的职业技术,忽略了学生的职业素质培养。旅游专业的学生面向旅游消费者,关于对学生职业素质培养问题应得到重视。基于此,本文将从阐述职业素质培养对中专职业技术旅游专业学生的重要性开始,然后分析中职旅游专业学生职业素质培养中出现的问题,最后提出解决中职旅游专业学生素质培养处出现的问题的对策。以此供相关人士进行交流和参考。
