现阶段,我国的就业形势比较严峻,如何提高高校学生的就业能力成为了关键和重点内容。同时,大学生就业目标的实现已经成为了我国社会关注的重点。在社会经济发展过程中,高校翻译高素质人才比较缺乏,并不能满足实际的需求。如何解决翻译人才的供需矛盾,提高大学生的就业率成为了人们关注的主要内容。大学生的就业能力提高需要以完善的人才培养模式为支撑。基于此,本文重点分析了高校翻译人才培养模式改革的具体策略。

At the present stage,the employment situation in China is quite severe,and how to improve the employability of college students has become the key and key content.At the same time,the realization of college students'employment goal has become the focus of social concern in China.In the process of social and economic development,there is a lack of qualified translators in universities,which cannot meet the actual needs.How to solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of translation talents and how to improve the employment rate of college students has become the main concern of people.The improvement of college students'employability needs to be supported by a perfect talent cultivation model.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the specific strategies of the reform of the training mode of college translation talents.
