浅谈企业全面预算管理存在的问题及措施

全面预算管理作为企业的重要组成部分,落实这一方面的工作,不仅对于企业的内部有着积极的促进作用,而且对于提高市场竞争力、促进企业稳定发展等方面是业发挥着不小的作用,但是在企业的实际发展过程中,多数企业在全面预算管理中受到诸多因素干扰,存在诸多的问题,为此,本文就从企业全面预算管理中存在的问题入手,在此基础上探讨相对应的解决对策,希望可以为实际的企业会计活动提供一些参考意见。
