智能PID控制的发展现状及应用展望

摘要 随着工业生产中工况环境的日趋复杂化及工艺参数控制的精准化,传统PID控制器的局限性越来越明显。为满足智能生产的需要,提高工业控制系统的快速适应性、鲁棒性等功能,人们对PID控制的优化提出了很多方法。对比这些方法的优劣性,将对工业生产和促进PID控制发展提供帮助。本文简要梳理了当前智能PID控制器的发展,对比分析各类PID控制的优点与缺点,并对未来PID控制的发展趋势进行了展望。 With the increasing complexity of working conditions and the precision of process parameters control in industrial production,the limitations of traditional PID controller become more and more obvious.In order to meet the needs of intelligent production and improve the rapid adaptability and robustness of industrial control system,people put forward many methods for PID control optimization.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods will be helpful to industrial production and the development of PID control.This paper briefly reviews the current development of intelligent PID controller,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various PID control,and prospects the future development trend of PID control.
