摘要
为适应生产制造业的快速发展和新课程改革的不断实施,作为培养高质量人才的高校也在不断地进行对学生实践能力的培养。从本科的数控专业人才的培养现状可以看出,要想真正的让所培养的学生满足企业的要求还有很长的路要走。毕竟要满足这样的需要,不仅仅要求学生能够在学校的学习中提升自己的动手能力,更重要的是高校教师首先能够为学生创造更多的实践环境,以及高校教师在教学中对学生的培养模式的探究。本文将结合自身经验对应用型数控人才的培养模式进行探究,从数控教学内容、实践教学以及学生的思想素质教育等方面进行阐述,以利于提高培养应用型本科数控人才的效果和质量。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform,colleges and universities,as the training of high-quality talents,are also constantly training students practical ability.From the current training situation of undergraduate NC professionals,we can see that there is still a long way to go before the students can truly meet the requirements of enterprises.After all,to meet such needs,students are not only required to improve their hands-on ability in school learning,but more importantly,college teachers are able to create more practical envi-ronment for students and explore the training mode of students in teaching.This paper will explore the training mode of applied NC talents based on their own experience,and elaborate on the teaching content,practical teaching and ideological quality education of students,in order to improve the effect and quality of training applied undergraduate NC talents.
