摘要
在素质教育蓬勃发展的当下,中职校园中烹饪教学也是较为重要的一环,烹饪的学习其实和文化课的学习有着异曲同工之妙,都是需要学生对此专业有着较强的学科素养,因此中职烹饪教师便可利用项目教学法的方式,通过蒸、炸、炒和面点这几大方面,来不断提高学生对于烹饪学习的兴趣,以此为他们未来的学习发展打下坚实的基础。本文将结合笔者多年中职烹饪教学经验,对“项目教学法”在中职烹饪教学中的应用做逐一深入阐述,为广大教育工作者解疑答惑。
With the vigorous development of quality education,cuisine teaching in secondary vocational school campus is also an important part.In fact,cuisine leaming is similar to culture learning,which requires students to have strong discipline literacy.Therefore,secondary vocational cooking teachers can use project teaching method.Through steaming,frying,frying and noodles,studentsinterest in cooking learning is constantly improved,which lays a solid foundation for their future leaming and development.In this paper,combined with the authors years of cooking teaching experience in secondary vocational schools,the applicationof"project teaching method"in cooking teaching in secondary vocational schools will be elaborated one by one,in order to answer the questions of educators.
