high-speed passenger transport is the common trend of railway development in the world today.Speed is the most important symbol of transportation modernization.A development history of human transportation is basically a development history of technology with improving transportation speed as the main goal.With the rapid development of modern society,people's living standards have been significantly improved.More and more people choose to go out of their homes to study,visit relatives,travel and make friends in other places.As a convenient,fast and comfortable way to travel,high-speed railway is more and more chosen by people.Toilet system is an important part of the high speed emu,its installation quality light affect other adjacent process installation quality,or affect the safety of driving,this paper found that the problems in the process of assembly,through practice,improvement measures are proposed to solve the problem,provides a reference for other similar processes of assembly.
