摘要
学习是同知识海洋的"碰撞"和"对话",是师生基于对话的"冲刺"和"挑战",因此,数学老师要走下讲台,以学生学习指导者、帮助者的身份和学生一起建立一个"学习小组"把学习的主动权交给学生。下面我就结合自己开展小学数学小组合作交流探究课题研究中的实践体会,谈谈如何创建小组合作学习机制,推进创新思维理念的几点零散做法。
Learning is a " collision" and " conversation" with the knowledge ocean.It is a " sprint" and a " challenge" between teachers and students based on dialogue.Therefore,mathematics teachers should step down from the platform to learn the role of the instructor and helper.Students work together to create a " learning group" to give the initiative to the students.Below,I will combine myself to carry out the practical experience in the research and discussion of the primary school mathematics team,and talk about how to create a group cooperative learning mechanism and promote the scattered ideas of innovative thinking.
