摘要 《中小学校岗位安全工作指南》明确指出:学校教育,安全是基础、教师是根本、质量是生命、机制是保证。所谓的“痕迹化”管理,是在各种管理工作过程中,从时间和管理内容方面,不留间隙或空白、死角的缜密的工作记录,包括交接班记录和留下证据。它最大的优点就是通过查证保留下来的文字、图片、实物、电子档案等资料,可以有效复原已经发生了的安全教学和教育活动。它不仅是班主任自身提高管理艺术和方法的需要,也给各项检查留下了可供考察、评估、佐证管理的旁证材料。甚至会给一旦发生安全事故的处理提供证据。 "primary and secondary school post safety work guide"clearly points out:school education,safety is the foundation,teachers are the fundamental,quality is life,mechanism is to ensure.The so-called"trace"management refers to the meticulous work records without gaps or gaps or dead ends in terms of time and management contents in various management work processes,including shift records and evidence.The greatest advantage of education is that it can effectively recover the safety teaching and education activities that have taken place by verifying the reserved text,pictures,physical objects,electronic files and other materials.It is not only the need of the head teacher himself to improve the art and method of management,but also leaves the circumstantial evidence for the inspection,evaluation and management.It will even provide evidence for the handling of any safety incidents.
