民办高校思想政治工作队伍建设现状分析

为贯彻落实全国和全省思想政治工作会议精神,切实加强和改进高等院校思想政治工作,国家对高等学校思想政治工作队伍和党务工作队伍的建设情况高度重视。本文以民办高校思想政治工作队伍的建设为研究对象,分析民办高校思想政治工作队伍特征,探求思想政治理论课教师队伍和辅导员队伍的建设情况和存在的问题,充分发挥思政队伍的优势。

In order to carry out the spirit of the national and provincial ideological and political work conference and strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in institutions of higher learning,the state attaches great importance to the construction of ideological and political work teams and party work teams in institutions of higher learning.This paper takes the construction of ideological and political work teams in private colleges and universities as the research object,analyzes the characteristics of the ideological and political work teams in private colleges and universities,explores the construction situation and existing problems of the ideological and political theory course teachers and counselors,and gives full play to the advantages of the ideological and political work teams.
