Incidence of occupational diseases in Yichang City from 2008-2018

目的分析2008-2018年宜昌市职业病报告病例情况,了解和掌握宜昌市的职业病发病规律和趋势。方法整理统计职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统2008-2018年宜昌市上报的职业病病例数据。结果2008-2018年宜昌市共报告职业病9大类31种1 758例,其中尘肺病1 612例(91.70%),其他职业病146例(8.30%);病例数最多的地区为夷陵区(550例,31.3%),主要为采矿业(1 459例,83.0%)及制造业(200例,11.4%),企业类型主要为私有经济企业(1 304例,74.2%),企业规模以小型企业为主(1 098例,62.5%)。结论宜昌市职业病发病情况呈现一种较为缓和的上升趋势,宜昌市以煤矽尘、磷及其化合物、噪声、苯系物为主要的职业病危害因素,以矽肺、煤工尘肺、噪声聋以及慢性磷及其化合物中毒为主要职业病病种。

[Objective]To analyze the reported cases of occupational diseases in Yichang City from 2008-2018,understand and master the regularity and trend of the incidence of occupational diseases in this area.[Methods]The data of occupational disease cases in Yichang City from 2008-2018 reported by the occupational diseases and occupational health information monitoring system were statistically analyzed.[Results]From 2008-2018,a total of 1 758 cases of 9 categories and 31 kinds of occupational diseases were reported in Yichang City,including 1 612 cases of pneumoconiosis(91.70%)and 146 cases of other occupational diseases(8.30%).The number of cases was largest in Yiling District(550 cases,313%),mainly in mining industry(1 459 cases,83.0%)and manufacturing industry(200 cases,11.4%).The main types of enterprises were private economic enterprises(1 304 cases,74.2%)and the scale of enterprises was mainly small enterprises(1 098 cases,62.5%).[Conclusion]The incidence of occupational diseases in Yichang City shows a mild rising trend.In Yichang City,the coal silica dust,phosphorus and its compounds,noise and benzene series are the main occupational-disease-inductive factors,and the silicosis,coal worker's pneumoconiosis,noise deafness and chronic phosphorus and its compound poisoning are the main occupational diseases.
