宾阳县某水泥窑协同处置城乡生活垃圾项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Evaluation on effect of occupational hazard control of a project of cooperative disposal of urban and rural domestic waste by cement kiln in Binyang County

目的明确宾阳县某水泥窑协同处置城乡生活垃圾项目作业场所存在的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响;评价职业病防护设施及效果,提出合理可行的防护措施。方法2017年6月,采用职业卫生现场调查法、检验检测法、检查表法对宾阳县某水泥窑协同处置城乡生活垃圾项目作业场所存在的职业病危害因素进行综合分析及评价。结果宾阳县某水泥窑协同处置城乡生活垃圾项目作业场所存在的各种职业病危害因素浓度/强度均符合国家职业卫生标准的要求。结论针对作业场所生产过程中存在的各种职业病危害因素宾阳县某水泥窑协同处置城乡生活垃圾项目采取通风、除尘、隔声等综合防护措施,降低了工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度与强度,有效预防职业病的发生。

[Objective]To clarify the occupational hazard factors in a cement kiln cooperative disposal of urban and rural household garbage project in Binyang County,analyze the harm degree and the influence on the workers health,evaluate the occupational disease protection facilities and their effects,and put forward reasonable and feasible protective measures.[Methods]In June 2017,occupational health field investigation,inspection and testing,and checklist method were used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards in the workplaces of a cement kiln cooperative disposal of urban and rural household garbage project in Binyang County.[Results]The concentrations/intensities of occupational hazard factors in the cement kiln cooperative disposal of urban and rural household garbage project in Binyang County all met the requirements of national occupational health standards.[Conclusion]The comprehensive protective measures such as ventilation,dust removal and sound insulation have been taken in the cement kiln cooperative disposal of urban and rural household garbage project in Binyang County according to various occupational hazard factors existing in the production process in the workplace,so as to reduce the concentration and intensity of occupational hazard factors and effectively prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
