摘要
目的了解天津市滨海新区某地区食源性疾病流行特征,为制定控制措施提供参考依据。方法对2018年在天津市滨海新区某地区2家食源性疾病哨点医院就诊患者的相关特征数据进行统计分析。结果共监测333例患者,主要集中在6-9月,人群的患病率为182.87/10万。主要以消化系统症状及全身症状、体征为主。其中水产动物及其制品、水果类及其制品、肉与肉制品是前三位的暴露食品,共占58.48%;从病例的进食场所看,最多的是家庭,其次是在饭店/酒店,占82.43%;哨点医院检出阳性标本14例,阳性率6.03%,其中沙门菌阳性10例(4.31%)、副溶血性弧菌阳性3例(1.29%)、志贺氏菌1例(0.43%);致病菌病原体检出高峰在6-9月,与病例报告发病数的高峰相一致。结论2018年天津市滨海新区某地区食源性疾病发病率较高,应根据本地区食源性疾病的流行特征,引导群众改变不良饮食习惯,提高食品卫生知识水平,增强食品安全意识,从源头控制食源性疾病的发生与传播。
[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of food-borne diseases,provide basis for formulating control measures.[Methods]Statistical analysis was made on the data of patients in two food-borne disease sentinel hospitals in an area of Binhai New Area in Tianjin in 2018.[Results]A total of 333 patients were monitored,mainly concentrating June to September.The prevalence rate was 182.87/lakh.The main symptoms were digestive system symptoms,systemic symptoms and signs.The top three exposed foods were aquatic animals and their products,fruits and their products,meat and meat products,accounting for 58.48%.The main eating places of the cases were at home,followed by restaurants/hotels,accounting for 82.43%.14 positive samples were detected in sentinel hospitals,with a positive rate of 6.03%,including ten case of Salmonella(4.31%),three(1.29%)cases of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and one(0.43%)case of Shigella.The detection peak of pathogenic bacteria was June to September,which was consistent with the peak of reported cases.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of food-borne diseases in an area of Binhai New Area in Tianjin is high in 2018.According to the epidemic characteristics of food-borne diseases in this area,it is necessary to guide the people to change bad dietary habits,improve the level of food hygiene knowledge,enhance food safety awareness,and control the occurrence and spread of food-borne diseases from the source.
