摘要
目的探讨泌乳素腺瘤女性患者生育忧虑与生活质量(Quality of life,QoL)的关系及服药依存性的中介作用,为提高患者QoL提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、服药依存性量表、生育忧虑量表及健康调查简表(SF-36),于2017年12月-2018年12月通过线上及现场对天津某三级甲等医院就诊的245名患者进行调查。采用相关分析和依次检验法探索患者生育忧虑与QoL的关系及服药依存性的中介作用。结果患者QoL的平均得分为71.69±10.30,仅达到中等水平。服药依存性与QoL呈显著正相关,生育忧虑与QoL呈显著负相关,且服药依存性在生育忧虑与QoL间起了部分中介作用,中介效应为0.123,占总效应的比例为41.26%。结论生育忧虑与服药依存性是影响患者QoL的重要因素,服药依存性部分中介了生育忧虑对QoL的影响。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between reproductive concern and quality of life(QoL)in patients with prolactinomas,analyze the mediation effect of medication adherence,and provide theoretical evidence for improving patients'QoL.[Methods]Using the general information questionnaire,Morisky medication adherence scale,reproductive concern after cancer scale and SF-36 scale,245 patients who visited a grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin were investigated by online and on-site mode from December 2017 to December 2018.Correlation analysis and sequential test were used to assess the relationship between reproductive concern and QoL,and the mediation effect of medication adherence.[Results]The average score of QoL among patients was 71.69±10.30,which only reached the middle level.There was a significant positive correlation between medication adherence and QoL,and a significant negative correlation between reproductive concern and QoL.Moreover,medication adherence played a partial mediating role between reproductive concern and QoL.The mediating effect was 0.123,accounting for 41.26%of the total effect.[Conclusion]Reproductive concern and medication adherence have great impact on the QoL of patients.Medication adherence is a partial mediator between reproductive concern and QoL.
