2015年福建省部分地区40岁以上居民吸烟状况分析

Analysis on smoking status among residents aged 40 years and above in some areas of Fujian province,2015

目的了解福建省台江区、建瓯市、宁化县、漳浦县4个慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)监测点40岁以上居民的吸烟情况,为进一步防控COPD提供科学依据。方法数据来源于2015年福建省COPD监测,采用多阶段分层整群抽样,通过电子化问卷,采用面对面询问的方式收集数据进行统计分析,计算监测人群的吸烟率、现在吸烟率、平均开始吸烟年龄和日均吸烟量等相关指标。结果监测人群的吸烟率为44.85%,现在吸烟率为34.16%。男性的吸烟率、现在吸烟率(80.04%、61.00%)高于女性(2.53%、1.86%)(P<0.01),农村的吸烟率、现在吸烟率(50.66%、40.81%)高于城市(34.55%、22.35%)(P<0.01)。吸烟人群平均开始吸烟年龄为19.71岁,吸烟年龄组越小,平均开始吸烟年龄越早。现在每日吸烟人群日均吸烟量为26.28支,男性日均吸烟量(26.15支)高于女性(14.64支)。结论应做好监测地区的控烟工作,从而更好地防控COPD。

Objective To understand the smoking status among residents aged 40 years and above in 4 monitoring points (Taijiang district,Jianou city,Ninghua county and Zhangpu county) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Fujian province,so as to provide scientific evidence for further control and prevention of COPD. Methods The data was from COPD surveillance in Fujian province in 2015. Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was applied. Electronic questionnaires and face-to-face interviews were used to analyze the data statistically. The smoking rate,current smoking rate, average age of starting smoking and average daily smoking were calculated. Results The smoking rate of the monitored population was 44. 85%,and the current smoking rate was 34. 16%. The smoking rate and current smoking rate of males (80. 04%,61. 00%) were significantly higher than those of females (2. 53%, 1. 86%)( P<0. 01). The smoking rate and current smoking rate in rural areas (50. 66%,40. 81 %) were higher than those in urban areas (34. 55%,22. 35%)( P < 0. 01). The average age of smokers to start smoking was 19.71 years. The younger the smoking age group was,the earlier the average age of smokers to start smoking. Average daily cigarette consumption of current daily smokers was 26. 28 cigarettes. Average daily cigarette consumption in males (26. 15 cigarettes) was higher than in females (14. 64 cigarettes). Conclusion Smoking control work in monitoring areas should be paid attention to prevent and control COPD better.
