摘要
目的研究高效、安全、方便的去除蔬菜中农药残留的方法。方法2017年5~7月在泰安市县市区农贸市场采集60份韭菜样品,取其中敌敌畏检出样品25份为对象,分别研究不同浓度碳酸氢钠溶液、不同功率超声波、不同处理时间对去除效果的影响,以及碳酸氢钠溶液与超声波的协同作用。结果检测60份韭菜,碳酸氢钠溶液对韭菜中敌敌畏的去除效果好,而超声波对敌敌畏的去除效果不明显。用1.0%碳酸氢钠溶液浸泡10min可以使韭菜中敌敌畏的去除率高达44.8%~55.4%。碳酸氢钠溶液与超声波的协同作用可明显提高敌敌畏的去除率。结论家庭中可采用小苏打水浸泡10min的方法去除蔬菜中敌敌畏,易于操作,效果满意。
Objective To explore an efficient,safe and convenient method for the removal of pesticide residues in vegetables. Methods A total of 60 Chinese chives samples were collected from the markets in Tai’an city in May-July 2017.Among them,25 DDVP positive samples were treated to explore the removal effects of pesticide residues by different sodium bicarbonate solution concentrations,ultrasound with different power,and different treatment time and the synergistic effect of sodium bicarbonate solution and ultrasound. Results Totally 60 samples of Chinese chives were detected.The removal efficiency of DDVP by sodium bicarbonate solution was effective,but the effect of ultrasound was not obvious.The removal rate of DDVP by soaking in 1.0% sodium bicarbonate solution for 10 minutes was up to 44.8%-55.4%.The synergistic effect of sodium bicarbonate solution and ultrasound can significant improve the removal efficiency. Conclusion DDVP in vegetables can be removed by soaking in sodium bicarbonate solution for 10 minutes,which is easy to operate in families and has satisfactory effect.
