摘要
工业以太网建立在以太网协议基础上,一般兼容IEEE802.3标准和TCP/IP协议,同时优化及解决网络冲突和数据丢包等方面的问题,以满足工业应用对于数据传输的实时性和确定性需求。本文在分析对比3种国际主流的工业以太网通信协议基础上,提出一个工业以太网(PROFINET)在船厂大型起重设备应用和组态的解决方案,该解决方案在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Industry ethernet is based on the ethernet protocol that is compatible with IEEE802.3 standard and TCP/IP protocol. Industry ethernet optimize and solve the problem caused by network conflict and packets loss, which satisfy the real time and stabilization requirement of industry application. This article compare and analysis three major industry ethernet protocol, and apply PROFINET network topology solution for the gantry crane of the shipyard. The solution has a favorable effect in practical applications.
