摘要
针对实验室过程控制系统中控制方法对现场工艺流程体现不充分,实验系统无法满足先进控制算法实验要求等问题,提出一种基于LABVIEW的先进过程控制实验系统;系统充分利用LABVIEW强大的整合能力,利用M文件设计基于PD形式非线性组合先进控制策略,在THKGK-1型过程控制实验装置上进行了实验验证,以液位控制系统为例进行实验,结果表明,控制系统运行正常,达到了设计目的。
Aiming at the problems of inadequate expression of control methods to field process flow in laboratory process control system and the inability of experimental system to meet the experimental requirements of advanced control algorithm, an advanced process control experimental system based on LABVIEW is proposed. The system makes full use of the powerful integration ability of LABVIEW and uses M file to design advanced control strategy based on non-linear combination in PD form. In THKGK-1, an advanced process control experimental system based on LABVIEW is proposed. The experimental verification is carried out on the experimental device of type I process control. Taking the liquid level control system as an example, the results show that the control system runs normally and achieves the design purpose.
