在实践中探究初中英语学困生的转化

摘要 本文通过剖析初中英语学困生的成因,探讨了转化学困生的以下几方面策略:一是从教师方面入手,其中包括更新教学观念,转变教学方法;转变对待学困生的情感态度;加强对学困生的学习方法指导;二是从学生自身方面转变:包括转变他们的学习态度、改变学习方法,学会自主学习等等;三是通过家庭教育与学校教育相结合。此外,本文还分享了实践阶段的一些初步成效,提出了存在的一些问题,希望在以后的实践中不断地改进,达到更好的效果。 this paper, by analyzing the causes of learning difficulties in junior high school English students, discus-ses the following aspects of the transformation of learning difficulties students strategy : first, from the perspective of teachers, including the renewal of teaching concepts, the transformation of teaching methods;Change the emotion-al attitude towards students with learning difficulties;Strengthen the guidance of learning methods for students with learning difficulties;The second is the change from the student s own aspect: including the change their study manner to change the study method, academic association independent study and so on;Third, through the combi-nation of family education and school education, in addition, this paper also shares some initial results in the prac-tice stage, and puts forward some existing problems, in the hope of continuous improvement in the future practice, to achieve better results.
