摘要
在小学班主任的日常工作中,最主要的工作内容就是在小学生中间开展德育教育工作。然而高效的德育教育工作不是强制性的让小学生接受,将德育教育思想捆绑到小学生身上,而是要在班主任的日常工作中逐渐的向小学生渗透德育教育内容,小学班主任这样的德育教育工作目标,全面的体现了素质教育的重要性,这就要求小学班主任将德育教育的渗透工作,放在班主任日常工作内容的首要位置,帮助小学生在日常的学习中形成正确的价值观念,提升小学生对事物的判断能力。因此,本文就主要讲述了小学班主任在班级管理工作中渗透德育教育的主要方法。
in the daily work of primary school head teachers, the most important work content is to carry out moral education education work among primary school students. Yet effective moral education work is not mandatory for primary school students to accept, to bind the moral education thought to schoolchildren, but want to be in the teacher in charge of the daily work gradually permeate the moral education content to schoolchildren, elementary school teacher in charge of such moral education work goal, fully shows the importance of quality education, which requires the elementary school teacher in charge to the penetration of moral education work, in the teacher in charge daily work content in the first place, help students form the correct values in daily learning, enhance ele-mentary judgment of things. Therefore, this paper mainly tells the primary school head teacher in class manage-ment work of moral education education main method.
