自卑即自我评价贬低,一般指一个人由于生理缺陷或某些心理缺陷而产生的轻视自己的心理认为自己在某些方面不如他人。自卑心理是一种消极的心态,在很大程度上影响了学生的正常学习、生活、人际交往等,这种心理普遍的存在与每个学生的身上,是一个值得关注的问题,也是一个需要解决的问题。
