一直以来餐饮服务专业都是许多职业院校最为热门的专业之一,而项目教学法则是我国职业教育中最常用的一种新型教学方法,将项目教学法应用于餐饮服务专业教学中不仅是国家教学改革所作出的明确要求,也是教师从教学实际出发所应当作出的必然选择。基于此,本文首先分析了项目教学法在餐饮服务专业教学中的应用优势,接着通过实际的教学案例着重探讨了项目教学法在餐饮服务专业教学中的具体实施策略。

The catering service profession has always been one of the most popular majors in many vocational colleges. The project teaching principle is the most commonly used new teaching method in vocational education in China. The project teaching method is applied not only to the teaching of catering services. It is a clear requirement made by the state's teaching reform, and it is also an inevitable choice that teachers should make based on the actual teaching. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the application advantages of the project teaching method in the catering service professional teaching, and then discusses the specific implementation strategy of the project teaching method in the catering service professional teaching through practical teaching cases.
