初中生人格化教育管理的尝试

摘要 随着教育的不断改革,教育管理模式也逐渐受到人们的关注,部分中学在教育管理方面依然处于传统模式,此模式不但阻碍了学生全面发展,还较大程度上影响了教学质量及教学效率。在此背景下,我们必须及时对教育管理制度进行完善,并将人格化因素融入实际教育管理中,将以事为本的教育管理核心逐渐转向以人为本,进而满足学生发展需求。 with the continuous reform of education, education management mode has gradually attracted people's attention. Some middle schools are still in the traditional mode of education management, which not only hinders the overall development of students, but also greatly affects the teaching quality and efficiency. In this context, we must timely improve the education management system, and integrate the personality factors into the actual education management, so as to gradually shift the matter - oriented education management core to people - oriented, so as to meet the development needs of students.
