随着新课程改革的不断深入,教师教学发生了很大的转变。传统的教学已经不能满足新时期下社会对于人才的需求。因此,基于这种背景下,教师教学应该在原有教学基础上,加强对学生的素质教育,培养学生的创新意识,这样才能为建设社会主义新中国提供人力保障和智力保障。而小学时期的学生是建立创新意识的最佳时期,本文主要以小学生为研究对象,分别从培养学生创新意识的原则和策略分析,并结合教学实例,帮助小学生在小学数学教学中找到了最佳的培养路径,全面提升了小学生的综合素养。

with the deepening of the new curriculum reform, great changes have taken place in the teaching of teachers. Traditional teaching has been unable to meet the needs of the society for talents in the new era. Therefore, based on this background, teachers should strengthen the quality education of students and cultivate students’ innovative consciousness on the basis of the original teaching, so as to provide human resources and intellectual security for the construction of new socialist China. And primary school is the best time to set up innovation consciousness of students, this paper mainly to elementary school students as the research object, respectively from the principles of cultivating students’ innovative consciousness and strategy analysis, and combined with teaching example, help primary school students in the cultivation of the elementary school mathematics teaching to find the best path, improve the comprehensive qualities of students.
