摘要
通过对筒子染色机染液的换向装置的结构、材料、密封性、加工工艺以及传动机构的研究,说明“阀板型”换向装置具有结构简单、染液换向平稳抗冲击、水流特性好,密封性能好、加工工艺先进、传动可靠等优越性,尤其在快速进水时,使得筒子纱内外同时进水,保证纱线内外吸水均匀,也不会将纱线冲毛,在提高效率的同时,也保证了产品的质量。
by studying the structure,material,sealability,processing technology and transmission mechanism of the gear changing device of the dye dye machine,it is shown that the"valve plate type"changing device has simple structure,the dye changing direction is stable,and the impact resistance is good.The advantages of good sealing performance,advanced processing technology,reliable transmission,etc.,especially in the rapid intake of water,so that both inside and outside the tube yarn into the water,to ensure that the yarm inside and outside the uniform water absorption,will not be wool,while improving efficiency,It also ensures the quality of the product.
