摘要
电力系统在检修电力设备过程中,最常采用的是计划检修这种方式。然而,计划检修存在一些不足之处,比如经常出现临时性消缺,需要进行多次检修等,导致设备维修需要耗费大量的资金。电力设备该如何安排检修工作,怎样才能减少检修费用,使检修成本得以降低呢,这个问题一直困扰着系统运行人员。想要拥有可靠的运行系统,必须运用先进的检修技术。笔者介绍了状态检修技术的发展概况、演变过程以及检修过程中最常出现的问题。
in the process of power system overhaul,the most common way is to plan maintenance.However,there are some deficiencies in planned maintenance,such as the temporary elimination of defects,the need for multiple maintenance,resulting in equipment maintenance needs to spend a lot of money.How to arrange the maintenance of electric power equipment,how to reduce the maintenance cost and how to reduce the maintenance cost,this problem has been puzzling the system operators.If you want to have a reliable operating system,you must use advanced maintenance technology.This paper introduces the development and evolution of condition-based maintenance (CBM) technology and the most common problems in the process of condition-based maintenance.
