公路工程中沥青稳定碎石基层的施工工艺分析

摘要 伴随国民经济快速发展,我国机动车保有量逐渐攀升,公路工程在运营过程中承担了更大的交通压力,对其施工质量也提出了更高的要求。沥青胶结料、矿质骨料等是沥青稳定碎石混合料的主要组成部分,为颗粒性材料,基层整体强度受到材料之间粘结力和内摩擦阻力的影响。通常情况下,沥青混合料的级配不同,其所构成的空间结构类型也存在一定差异,必须结合公路工程的实际情况,严格遵循相关标准,制定最佳施工方案,确保满足工程建设需求,提升路面整体强度及稳定性,延长工程使用寿命。 with the rapid development of the national economy,the number of motor vehicles in China has been increasing gradually,and the road engineering has assumed greater traffic pressure in the course of operation,which has also put forward higher requirements for its construction quality.The bituminous adhesive aggregate and mineral aggregate are the main components of asphalt stabilized gravel mixture.They are granular materials.The overall strength of the base is affected by the adhesion force and internal friction resistance between materials.Under normal circumstances,the grades of the asphalt mixture are different,and there are certain differences in the types of spatial structures they constitute.We must strictly follow the relevant standards in light of the actual conditions of highway projects,formulate the best construction plan,and ensure that the construction needs of the project are met.Improve the overall strength and stability of the road surface and extend the service life of the project.
