初中是现代教育体系的重要组成部分,对学生未来的发展具有非常重要的作用。班级管理工作是正常教学秩序的关键保障,开展班级管理工作是初中班主任的主要任务。传统的班级管理模式存在较多的不足之处,已经无法完全适应现代初中教育发展。家校合作是一种创新型班级管理模式,以促进学生发展为主要的目标,将家庭教育与学校教育充分结合起来,为学生提供更加科学的学习和生活环境。初三阶段的学生面临着巨大的升学压力,难免存在一些心理波动,这样的客观情况使得班级管理工作的重要作用逐渐被凸显出来。本文就基于班级管理的家校合作策略展开了一系列的研究。

Junior middle school is an important part of modern education system,and plays a very important role in the future development of students.Class management is the key guarantee of normal teaching order,and the main task of Junior middle school class teacher is to develop class management.There are many deficiencies in the traditional class management mode,which can not fully adapt to the development of modern Junior middle school education.Home school cooperation is an innovative model of class management,to promote the development of students as the main goal,the family education and school education is fully combined to provide students with a more scientific learning and living environment.The students in Junior middle school are faced with great pressure of higher learning,and there are some psychological fluctuations.This objective situation makes the important role of class management gradually highlighted.This article launches a series of research on the family school cooperation strategy based on class management.
