现阶段,在社会发展和进步的过程中,越来越多的人逐渐开始意识到教学工作的重要性,其不仅仅能够帮助学生提高其学习的成绩,也能够缓解学生学习压力,帮助教师更好的进行教学。本文针对目前初中物理课程的教学工作进展状况,找到合理有效的教学方式,以此带动学生积极学习的同时,帮助校园提高课堂教育的有效性,为初中物理教育工作的开展找到最佳途径。

at the present stage,in the process of social development and progress,more and more people begin to realize the importance of teaching work,which can not only help students to improve their academic performance,but also ease students' learning pressure and help teachers to better teach.In view of the current status of the teaching work of junior high school physics courses,this paper finds a reasonable and effective teaching method to drive the students to actively learn and help the campus to improve the effectiveness of classroom education,so as to find the best way to carry out the work of junior high school physics education.
