初中阶段是学生身心发展的黄金时期,处于这一阶段的学生心理和生理都发生巨大改变,性格具有叛逆、敏感、多变的特质。因此,班主任要明确自身承担的教育管理责任,掌握科学灵活的沟通技巧,加强与学生的沟通交流,促进初中生全面发展,提高初中班主任工作实效性。本文在分析沟通技巧在初中班主任工作中的重要性基础之上,从重视学生,拉近距离;尊重学生,换位思考;融入学生,转变角色几方面重点探讨新形势下初中班主任的沟通技巧。

Junior middle school is the golden period of students'physical and mental development,in which students' psychology and physiology have undergone tremendous changes,and their personality is rebellious,sensitive and changeable.Therefore,the head teacher should make clear the responsibility of education management,master scientific and flexible communication skills,strengthen communication with students,promote the overall development of junior high school students,and improve the effectiveness of the work of the head teacher in junior high school.Based on the analysis of the importance of communication skills in the work of junior middle school head teachers,this paper focuses on the communication skills of junior middle school head teachers under the new situation from the following aspects: attaching importance to students,shortening distance,respecting students,changing positions,integrating students and changing roles.
