高二年级排球选项课发球教学设计

Design of Serving Teaching for Volleyball Optional Course in Senior Two

排球运动在中学比较普及,从我校学生的实际情况和学校的硬件设施配备方面考虑,我校高二年级开设排球选项课,比较系统地对学生进行教学,本课新授排球发球技术,采用多种教学手段,提出重点和难点的解决办法,使学生很好地掌握发球动作要领,提高个人排球运动的技术。中间安排了前几次课学到的正面双手垫球技术,巩固复习,熟悉球性。

Volleyball is popular in middle schools.Considering the actual situation of our students and the hardware facilities of the school,the volleyball elective course is offered in the second year of high school,and the students are taught systematically.A variety of teaching methods are used to propose key and difficult solutions,so that students can master the essentials of serving movements and improve the skills of individual volleyball.In the middle,I arranged the frontal hand pad technique that I learned in the previous lessons to consolidate my review and become familiar with the ball.
