煤矿企业是我国工业发展的重要能源基础,在长期的竞争和发展过程中,国有煤矿企业逐渐发展成为独立性的经济实体,但是由于企业自身发展的局限性和市场经济的明显缺陷的影响,导致国有煤矿企业的经营方式无法满足现代企业发展的需求,加上社会主义核心价值观观的传播过程中出现了一些不良因素,一些国有煤矿企业的管理人员过于追名逐利,贪污腐败现象时有发生,给国有煤矿企业的整体形象和资产带来了极大的损害。因此,本文通过分析国有煤矿企业发展中存在的问题,对煤矿企业纪检监察工作创新的方法与对策进行了探讨,旨在净化国有煤矿企业的发展环境。

coal mining enterprises is an important energy base of China's industrial development,in the long-term competition and development,the state-owned coal mining enterprises to gradually develop into independent economic entity,but because of the limitations of their own development and the influence of the obvious flaw of market economy,lead to state-owned coal enterprise management mode can't meet the needs of modern enterprise development,coupled with the spread of socialist core values view,some adverse factors in the process of some state-owned coal mining enterprises management is too steep profits,and corruption phenomenon occurs frequently,to the whole image of the state-owned coal mining enterprises and assets has brought great damage.Therefore,by analyzing the problems existing in the development of state-owned coal mining enterprises,this paper discusses the innovative methods and countermeasures of the discipline inspection and supervision of coal mining enterprises,aiming at purifying the development environment of state-owned coal mining enterprises.
