基于高职护理教学中翻转课堂教学的优化路径分析

在我国医药卫生改革深入推进、医药行业发展过程中对人才需求发生变化的情况下,高职院校在开展护理专业人才培养工作的过程中,传统教学的弊端开始凸显出来,无法为新时期人才培养工作的开展提供有力支持。所以结合高职护理人才培养工作的现实需求,十分有必要对护理教学模式进行优化创新,促进人才培养质量的提高。本文将翻转课堂教学模式作为研究对象,探索了其在高职护理教学中的优化路径,希望可以为护理教学改革提供有价值参考。

as the medical and health reform in our country progresses deeply and the demand for talents changes in the course of medical industry development,the disadvantages of traditional teaching begin to come out in the course of training nursing professionals in higher vocational colleges.Can not provide strong support for the development of talent training in the new era.Therefore,it is very necessary to optimize and innovate the nursing teaching mode and promote the improvement of the quality of personnel training.In this paper,the research object is to turn over the classroom teaching mode,and explore the optimal path in the nursing teaching of higher vocational education,hoping to provide valuable reference for the reform of nursing teaching.
