关于城市地下空间开发与利用的几点思考

Reflections on the development and utilization of urban underground space

随着我国经济的持续发展,城市化进程中也面临着交通拥堵、人口膨胀、资源消耗过大、房价不断上涨等诸多问题,因此,在节约集约式城镇化发展模式的基础之上,越来越多的城市将发展重心逐渐转移至地下空间,发展“立体化城市”,增强城市整体功能、解决城市化问题,向地下要空间、要资源,促进城市的可持续健康发展,然而现阶段城市地下空间发展仍存在法律、制度、经济等方面的问题及不足,本文主要根据国内外城市地下空间发展的实践经验,浅析现阶段城市地下空间开发利用的存在问题及对其未来发展的展望。

with the sustained development of our country's economy,the urbanization process is also faced with many problems such as traffic congestion,population expansion,excessive resource consumption,and rising house prices.Therefore,on the basis of the development model of intensive urbanization,More and more cities have gradually shifted their development focus to underground space,developed "three-dimensional cities",strengthened their overall functions,solved urbanization problems,and sought space and resources underground to promote the sustainable and healthy development of cities.However,there are still legal,institutional and economic problems and shortcomings in urban underground space development at present.Based on the experience of urban underground space development at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the existing problems of urban underground space development and utilization and its prospects for future development.
