Research on maintenance theory and strategy of wind turbine unit

在全球范围内,风力发电累计装机量中国已然位居第一位,当前众多风电设备运营商都计划建立自己的维护公司。以往的设备检修都是采取的计划检修模式,但这种方式已然不适合现代化的设备检修需要了,一种全新的与状态检修相适应的模式正应运而生。文章论述了风电设备机组维修上的相关理论和策略,着重概述了设备的预防性维修理论以及视情维修策略的发展。

n the world,wind power generation accumulative installed capacity in China has been ranked first,currently many wind power equipment operators are planning to establish their own maintenance companies.In the past,the planned maintenance mode was adopted in the equipment maintenance,but this way is not suitable for the modern equipment maintenance,and a new mode which is suitable for the condition maintenance is coming into being.This paper discusses the related theories and strategies of the maintenance of wind power equipment,and emphatically summarizes the preventive maintenance theory of the equipment and the development of the maintenance strategy according to the situation.
