20年的班主任生涯虽然有苦,但给我带来了诸多欣喜和欣慰。每当看到原来那些稚嫩而又充满活力的孩子,带着知识,怀揣梦想,走出中学校门,走进高等院校,努力学习,追求卓越时,自己心里就感到格外的高兴。在学生的成长与进步中,我体验到了当好一名班主任的快乐;体会到自己作为班主任在学校工作中存在的价值。

although the life of a class teacher of 20 years was bitter,it brought me a lot of joy and happiness.I feel very happy when I see those young and energetic children with knowledge and dreams walking out of high school and into institutions of higher learning and striving for excellence.In the growth and progress of students,I experienced the happiness of being a good teacher.Realized oneself as the class teacher in the school work existence value.
