合作小组的组建和小组成员的具体分工模式的研究

摘要 新课改背景下,高中生物教学是否具有一定的多样性,学生学习质量能否得到有效提升尤为重要。经教学实践表明,将小组合作模式引入教学活动中,可有效提高学生生物综合素养。基于此,本文对于生物课堂中组建合作小组的重要性予以分析,并对小组成员的具体分工模式构建提出建议,并以人教版高中《生物》必修1中《细胞中的元素和化合物》一课为例开展分析,进一步促进学生综合能力发展。 under the background of the new curriculum reform,whether the biology teaching in senior high school has certain diversity or not,and whether the students' learning quality can be effectively improved is particularly important.The teaching practice shows that introducing the group cooperation mode into teaching activities can effectively improve students' biological comprehensive accomplishment.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of forming cooperative group in biology classroom,and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the specific division of labor model of group members.In order to promote the development of students' comprehensive ability,this paper takes the lesson "elements and compounds in cells" in the required course 1 of Senior High School as an example to further promote the development of students' comprehensive ability.
