班主任在班级管理中如何加强对留守儿童的管理与教育

摘要 班主任对初中生实施班级管理时,应该思考怎样提升班级管理的成效性,对初中生开展优质的行为教育以及心理辅导。尤其是对留守儿童实施班级内部管理的时候,班主任需要思考如何提升班级管理的科学性,疏解留守儿童的心理问题,给留守儿童提供更多的温暖。本文主要是针对当前初中留守儿童体现的问题,提出几点针对性的班级管理以及心理教育的策略。希望通过本次研究,可以给初中班主任提供的管理建议,以此提升整体班级管理的科学程度。 when the head teacher implements class management for junior high school students,he should think about how to improve the effectiveness of class management and carry out high-quality behavior education and psychological counseling for junior high school students.Especially when carrying out class internal management for left-behind children,the head teacher needs to think about how to improve the scientific quality of class management,relieve the psychological problems of left-behind children,and provide them with more warmth.This paper mainly aims at the problems of left-behind children in junior middle school,and proposes several targeted class management and psychological education strategies.I hope that through this study,I can provide management Suggestions to the head teachers in junior high school,so as to improve the scientific degree of overall class management.
