脑卒中病人家庭照顾者照顾感受及生活质量相关性研究

Correlation between caring feelings and quality of life of stroke patients′family caregivers

[目的]研究脑卒中病人家庭照顾者照顾感受特征和生活质量现状及其之间的关系。[方法]采用自制一般资料调查表、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、负担自评量表(SRB)、照顾者积极感受量表(PAC),对110例脑卒中病人及其家庭照顾者进行调查。[结果]脑卒中病人照顾者照顾负担均分为(59.64±25.30)分,积极感受均分为(29.38±8.15)分;照顾者生理领域、心理领域和社会关系领域的生活质量评分均低于常模(P<0.01);照顾负担与生活质量各个领域的评分均呈负相关(P<0.01),照顾者积极感受与生活质量各个领域评分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]脑卒中病人家庭照顾者生活质量较低并与照顾感受密切相关,应采取相应措施提高其生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the feature of the caring feeling and the status quo of the quality of life(QOL) of stroke patients′ family caregivers and the correlation between them. Methods: The self-made General Data Questionnaire,the World Health Organization Quality of Life Instruments(WHOQOL-BREF),the Self-rating Burden Scale(SRB),and the Positive Assessment of Caregiver(PAC) were conducted a survey on 110 stroke patients and their family caregivers. Results: The mean score of SRB of stroke patients′ family caregivers was(59.64±25.30),and the mean score of PAC was(29.38±8.15).The QOL score of caregivers in the physical field,psychological field,and social relationship was lower than the norm( P <0.01).The score of care burden were negatively correlated with score in every session of the quality of life( P <0.01).The positive feelings score of caregivers was positively correlated with the scores of all areas of quality of life( P <0.01). Conclusions: The QOL of stroke patients′ family caregivers was low and closely related to the caring feelings.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve their quality of life.
