社区老年高血压病人生命质量影响因素分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasures of factors influencing quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension in community

[目的]了解社区老年高血压病人生命质量的影响因素,探讨提高其生命质量的途径。[方法]采用高血压病人生命质量测定量表对社区老年高血压病人进行测评。[结果]不同文化程度、月收入水平、体质指数、血压分级、病程的老年高血压病人生命质量总分存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。收入水平与生命质量总分呈显著正相关关系(r=0.309,P<0.01);血压分级(r=-0.505,P<0.01)、病程(r=-0.533,P<0.01)与生命质量总分呈显著负相关关系。对社区老年高血压病人生命质量有重要影响的因素依次为病程、血压分级、收入水平(F=29.622,P<0.001)。[结论]病程、血压分级、收入水平是影响社区老年高血压病人生命质量的重要因素。做好一级预防、综合康复治疗可提高老年高血压病人生命质量。

Objective: To understand the influencing factors of the quality of life(QOL) of elderly hypertensive patients in the community,and to explore ways to improve their QOL. Methods: The Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Hypertension(QLICD-HY) was used to conduct a survey on the elderly patients with hypertension in the community. Results: There were significant differences in the total QOL score of elderly hypertensive patients with different education level,monthly income level,body mass index,blood pressure grading,and course of disease (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between income level and total QOL score( r=0.309,P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between blood pressure grading( r=-0.505, P <0.01),course of disease( r=-0.533,P <0.01) and total QOL score.The factors influencing the QOL score of elderly hypertensive patients in the community were the course of disease,blood pressure grading and income level( F=29.622,P <0.001) sorted by the importance. Conclusions: The course of disease,blood pressure grading,and income level were important factors influencing the QOL of elderly hypertensive patients in the community.The primary prevention and comprehensive rehabilitation could improve the QOL of elderly hypertensive patients.
