新能源汽车用锂离子电池防火安全设计

摘要 锂离子电池已成为新能源汽车的主要动力来源,然而锂离子电池在过充、短路、过热、穿刺或碰撞等情况下容易发生热失控,新能源汽车因电池热失控引发火灾的案例时有发生。在某种程度上来说锂离子电池的防火安全对新能源汽车发展有着重大影响。本文分析了锂离子电池系统的热失控机理,以及热失控预警办法,针对锂离子内部温度难以检测的情况,设计了简单实用的锂离子电池温度检测系统,在锂离子电池温度检测的基础上设计了新型电池箱专用自动灭火装置。 Lithium ion batteries have become the main power sources of new energy vehicles.However,lithium ion batteries are easily out of control in the case of overcharging,short circuiting,overheating,puncture or collision.To a certain extent,the fire safety of lithium ion batteries has a great impact on the development of new energy vehicles.In this paper,the thermal control mechanism of the lithium ion battery system and the warning method of heat control are analyzed.A simple and practical temperature detection system for lithium ion battery is designed for the difficulty of detecting the internal temperature of lithium ion.On the basis of the temperature detection of lithium ion battery,a new type of automatic fire extinguishing device for the battery box is designed.
