关于建筑工程成本管理问题的研究

当前时期,国内经济呈现出稳健的发展态势,建筑工程方面的投入持续增加,建筑行业为国内经济的成长起到了较大的推动作用。然而从国内建筑行业发展的实际情况来看,成本管理方面出现的问题是相对较多的,管理仍旧呈现出较为粗放的状态。本文即对建筑工程成本管理展开深入的探析,重点对出现的问题进行详细阐述,并提出切实可行的应对之策。

In the current period,the domestic economy shows a steady development trend.The investment in construction engineering continues to increase,and the construction industry has played a greater role in promoting the growth of the domestic economy.However,from the actual situation of the development of domestic construction industry,there are relatively many problems with cost management,and management still presents a more extensive state.In this paper,the cost management of construction engineering is analyzed in depth,the problems are expounded in detail,and some feasible countermeasures are put forward.
