监狱的建筑设计布局一定要符合监管场所的安全要求,其一旦发生火灾,极易造成群死群伤的严重后果和极其恶劣的社会影响。针对当前监狱的消防安全现状,从监狱建筑及其内部设施、警囚消防安全意识和信息化建设等方面对监狱存在的火灾隐患进行深入的分析,指出监管安全工作与消防安全需要之间存在的矛盾,在此基础上,提出了提高监狱消防安全管理水平的措施。

The layout of prison and its need for supervision security determine the serious consequences of mass casualties and their adverse social impacts caused by fire.In view of the current fire safety status of prison,the thesis comprehensively analyzes common fire hazards from perspectives of prisons architecture and its internal facilities,fire control safety consciousness of police in the prison and the information construction,indicating that there is contradiction between supervision of safety work and fire control safety.Correspondingly,the thesis puts forward measures to improve the level of safety management on fire control in prison.
