本论文根据越南教育培训部2017年7月新公布总体基础教育章程的内容结合越南实际教育状况进行深入分析。通过与原有基础教育章程的比较,从基础教育章程改革的背景及新总体基础教育章程内容的特色分析,从中找出履行此基础教育章程的优势、困难及处理办法。

this paper conducts an in-depth analysis based on the new general basis education charter released by Vietnam educ ation training department in July 2017 and the actual situation of education in Vietnam.Based on the comparison with the original education charter,this paper analyzes the background of education charter reform and the characteristics of the new education charter,and finds out the advantages,difficulties and solutio ns for the implementation of this basic education charter.
