城市商业综合体景观设计策略研究

Urban commercial complex landscape design strategy research

伴随着城市化的进展,人们的日常生活物质水平逐渐提升,生活需要也在逐步增长,随之产生的城市商业综合体已成为当今社会商业领域最常见的经营模式。为了满足人们对商业消费的进一步需求,传统的单一建筑的功能必须得到进一步优化,而商业综合体就是以多功能景观建筑体系为核心增加人们的现实空间体验度,从而实现城市商业空间环境的综合发展。本文通过总结国内如今的各种商业综合体景观设计现状,进一步提出改善策略和建议。

along with the progress of urbanization,People's Daily material life level rising,life need is growing gradually,and the resulting flow of urban commercial complex in today's society has become one of the most common business model in the commercial sector.To meet the demand of business spending further,the function of the traditional single building needs to be further optimized,and the commercial complex is multifunctional landscape architecture system as the core to increase people's real space experience,so as to realize the integrated development of urban commercial space environment.By summarizing the present situation of landscape design of various commercial complexes in China,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies and Suggestions.
