近年来政府逐渐加强对生态保护的关注和重视,围绕城市开展的环保工作取得一定的成绩,生态环境也是有所改善,但是农村环境还是存在着严重的环境侵害现象,这一问题已经逐渐得到关注,同时相关部门也是将农村环境的改善提升到全新的高度上。这需要发动广大农民更加积极参与到环保中来,尤其是出现环境受到侵害的现象时,就要借助法律的手段寻求救济,通过公益诉讼的方式来改善环境侵害的现象,是一种非常好的方式。文章分析的正是国内农村环境的公益诉讼相关问题。

in recent years,the government gradually strengthen the attention to ecological protection and pay attention to,around the city to carry out environmental work to achieve a certain result,the ecological environment is improved,but the rural environment and there are serious environmental infringement phenomenon,the problem has gradually get attention,at the same time,relevant departments are also will increase the improvement of rural environment to new heights.This requires the majority of farmers to be more actively involved in environmental protection,especially when the phenomenon of environmental infringement occurs,it is a good way to seek relief through legal means and improve the phenomenon of environmental infringement through public interest litigation.This paper analyzes the problems related to public interest litigation in rural environment in China.
