with the development of The Times,the thoughts of high school students have changed greatly,which increases the difficulty for the class management of the head teacher.Under the new situation,the class management of senior high school class teachers is facing severe challenges.Therefore,senior high school class teachers must constantly improve their class management ability,so as to promote the improvement of class management level.This paper proposes several strategies on how to improve the level of class management in senior high school in the new era.
